I use the term "favorite" a lot. Probably too much, because it is to the point that I am not actually sure what my favorite color/song/movie may or may not be. But, trust me when I tell you, Sunday Brunch is my absolute favorite. Well I suppose brunch any day of the week is good, but Sunday Brunch is fantastic.
Typically, I'll venture out for bottomless mimosas and french toast. But today, I gathered some bravery and headed to the kitchen myself.
I am not sure if you are familiar with the wonder that is With Style & Grace, but Lisa [the author] is a gluten-free goddess. I met her a few months ago, and now check her site daily for healthy, gluten-free recipes and entertainment ideas. Lisa is all too familiar with my fear of the kitchen- and I so appreciate her easy to follow [and DELICIOUS] recipes.
This morning, I whipped up her Eggs, Bacon, and Gluten Free Toast Cups. Take a look at the recipe, it is unreal and beyond easy. AND, her pictures are way more gorgeous than the ones I snapped below. I scrambled the eggs and added a teensy bit of cheddar. AND, the best part? They were Lindy approved.
