Crane & Canopy, Fall into Bed

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending a lunch for the unveiling of the new Crane & Canopy line. Sipping mimosas and looking at some of the most gorgeous bedding ever is a pretty wonderful way to spend an afternoon if you ask me. I'll be sharing images of the event in the coming weeks, but first I want to explain Crane & Canopy... and why I love them so.

Based here in San Francisco, they design and create very high quality bedding at a very affordable price point. If you want to know how they do this, their site could explain better than I... but in short, they cut out the middle man so their bedding line is available to us for about 70% less than other high end retailers. And, all of the fabrics they use are about 300-400 thread count... AKA all of this is music to my ears.

This month, they are releasing the fall line to the public- one design at a time:
So, every Tuesday & Thursday this month, a new set will become available. The first one launched today:
This is The Fillmore, and is even more gorgeous in person. As those of you who've been reading for awhile know, the beau and I have been putting together our place but have hit a few roadblocks... the design of the bedroom being one of them. The new products coming out from Crane & Canopy MAY be the starting point for us to move forward and have the gorgeous [and more importantly, comfortable] bedroom we'd like!

I can't wait to share the other designs as they come out this month! I really am grateful to have been introduced to this company. So many times when shopping for home decor, we'd find something we like that was too pricy... OR have the opposite problem- what was in our budget was just terrible. There is something so refreshing about a company who finds a way to just do things better, and make it so normal people like me can actually afford it. Go check it out- and if anything, view their blog for a mega-dose of inspiration!
