Shirt: ASOS // Jeans: Zara // Shoes: Freda Salvador // Bag: Loeffler Randall, sold out, similar here // Sunglasses: Forever21
I've mentioned it before, but I'm really doing my best to figure my personal style out again. I just haven't cared for so long that I could very easily be found in a grocery story wearing sweat pants at any given time... well, that's not true. I've actually cared A LOT but I haven't had the energy to try. Oh. The part about the grocery store is sadly very, very true.
It's so easy to get into a style rut and just stay there. So, while I definitely feel my best in jeans, a great top, and flat shoes... I'm working on elevating each of those to be a little more unique or fashion-forward. Lately, 100% of my wardrobe is coming from ASOS. This is for a variety of reasons: they tend to have things that are more cutting edge, their prices are great, and they offer free shipping and returns. I've allowed myself to purchase items that still fit into my comfort zone but will help bring my look back to life. I also FINALLY made the splurge on some Freda Salvadors, and I am pretty thrilled. It's like, they're the shoe to help walk me back to the land of style.
One day at a time you guys, one day at a time. How do I know? Because I wore the outfit pictured on Saturday, and I quite like it. But right now I'm typing to you while wearing yoga pants and a baggy short sleeve sweater. ONE DAY AT A TIME.
Also, great news, I just unearthed my old DSLR so expect better quality imagery coming to the blog soon.
